Acceptable Use Policy

1. General Use Restrictions

SolidVPS services are intended for legitimate, lawful business and personal use only. All users must comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations. Use of SolidVPS services for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate service termination.

2. Prohibited Content

SolidVPS services may not be used to:

• Host, distribute, or create adult content or sexually explicit material
• Engage in hacking, cracking, or unauthorized access to computer systems
• Distribute, host, or share cracked software, warez, or pirated content
• Operate or provide hosting for IRC (Internet Relay Chat) services

3. Email Spam

SolidVPS has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for spam and unsolicited bulk email. Any account found sending spam will be immediately terminated. We monitor all outgoing email and use ROKSO (Realtime Blackhole List of Shaming Origination) and other blacklist services to detect and prevent spam. If your domain or IP becomes blacklisted, removal may take significant time.

4. DDoS and Network Abuse

Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, network flooding, port scanning of third-party systems, and other network abuse is strictly prohibited. Running DDoS stresser or booter services is forbidden. Any network abuse detected will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

5. Phishing

Services may not be used to conduct phishing attacks, social engineering, or fraudulent schemes. Attempting to deceive users into revealing sensitive information will result in immediate permanent account termination.

6. Prohibited Usage

SolidVPS services are prohibited from being used for:

• Cryptocurrency mining or similar intensive resource operations
• Copyright infringement, unauthorized file distribution, or intellectual property violation
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child exploitation
• Malware, virus, or malicious code distribution
• Illegal peer-to-peer (P2P) file sharing and seeding
• Terrorism financing or support for terrorist activities
• Spam, unsolicited bulk email, or email harassment
• Phishing or social engineering attacks
• Operating Tor exit nodes without explicit written authorization
• Port scanning, vulnerability scanning, or penetration testing of third-party systems
• DDoS attacks, botnet operations, or stresser/booter services

7. Consequences of Violations

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in:

• Immediate Termination: The account will be immediately suspended and permanently terminated
• No Refund: All fees are forfeited; no refunds will be issued
• Permanent Ban: The customer will be permanently banned from SolidVPS services
• Possible Legal Action: SolidVPS reserves the right to report violations to appropriate law enforcement agencies
• IP Blacklist: The customer's IP address and associated domains may be permanently blacklisted

8. Monitoring and Investigation

SolidVPS reserves the right to monitor accounts for compliance with this policy. If abuse is suspected, SolidVPS may investigate without notice, review account activity, and take corrective action including service suspension or termination.

9. Reporting Violations

If you discover content or activity on SolidVPS that violates this policy, please report it immediately to our abuse team at abuse@solidvps.com with details of the violation.
