Join Our Affiliate Program

Any active SolidVPS client with at least one active service can join for free. There is no approval process or waiting period — once you register through the affiliate portal in your client area, you get instant access to your referral link, banners, and tracking dashboard.

Commissions are tier-based and range from 10% to 20% recurring:

• Starter Partner — 10% recurring
• Silver Partner — 12.5% recurring
• Gold Partner — 15% recurring
• Platinum Partner — 20% recurring

All commissions apply to every eligible payment your referrals make for as long as they remain a customer. This covers VPS, cloud servers, dedicated servers, and web hosting (excluding promotional deals, domain purchases, proxy orders, and third-party license sales). Tier assignments are managed by the SolidVPS team based on account performance.

All referrals are held in a pending status for 90 days from the date of signup. This waiting period protects against chargebacks and fraudulent orders. Once the 90-day period passes without disputes, commissions are marked as approved and count toward your payout threshold.

Affiliates can choose to receive their approved earnings as account credit balance or via PayPal. You must have at least one active paid SolidVPS service on your account to be eligible to request a payout. Once your approved commissions reach the $100 minimum threshold, you can submit a payout request. Commissions are reviewed and issued monthly.

Our referral tracking cookie is active for 90 days from the moment a visitor clicks your affiliate link. If that visitor signs up and places an order within that window, the referral is attributed to your account — even if they don't purchase immediately on the first visit.

Yes — you are welcome to promote SolidVPS through your website, blog, YouTube channel, social media, or email newsletters. We provide ready-to-use banners and your unique referral link from the affiliate dashboard. Please do not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or any promotional methods that violate our Acceptable Use Policy.

Everything is tracked inside your affiliate dashboard, accessible from the client area at my.solidvps.com/affiliates.php. You can view real-time click counts, pending referrals, approved commissions, and your total earnings balance. A monthly summary email is also sent covering new activity.

If a referred customer requests a refund within their eligible period, the associated commission will be reversed and removed from your pending balance. This is one of the reasons all referral commissions are held for 90 days before approval — to ensure only legitimate, non-refunded orders generate payable commissions.

Tier progression is based on both referral count and promotional activity. Starter is automatic for all affiliates. Silver is reached through consistent referral performance (31+ referrals) and is reviewed by our team. Gold (71+ referrals) requires an active promotional channel such as a website, blog, or social media profile — we want to ensure affiliates at this level are genuinely driving quality traffic. Platinum (100+ referrals) is invite or approval-based and requires a demonstrated promotional presence, such as an active audience, video content, or consistent conversion history. Tier upgrades are reviewed by the SolidVPS team — meeting a referral threshold alone does not guarantee automatic promotion to Gold or Platinum.
