SolidVPS offers a limited three (3) calendar day money-back guarantee only on an eligible Customer's first qualifying order with SolidVPS and only for products and services that are not excluded below. The three-day period begins at the original payment timestamp for the qualifying order.
A Customer is not eligible for another first-order guarantee by opening a new account, using a different email address, returning after cancellation, ordering an additional service, or using an account or entity that SolidVPS reasonably determines is under common ownership, control, management, payment source, or beneficial ownership with a current or former Customer.
To request an eligible refund, the Customer must submit a cancellation and refund request through the SolidVPS client area or support system before the three-day period expires. Requests received after the applicable period are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.
The money-back guarantee is a contractual limited refund policy and does not waive, expand, or replace any non-waivable rights a Customer may have under applicable law.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the following are NON-REFUNDABLE and are excluded from the money-back guarantee:
Refund eligibility is determined under this Refund Policy, the Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy, the applicable order terms, and applicable law. SolidVPS may verify account ownership, payment status, service history, usage, fraud indicators, policy compliance, and eligibility before issuing a refund.
An approved refund will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method where technically and commercially possible. Processing times shown by SolidVPS are estimates only; banks, card networks, payment processors, and other financial institutions control final posting times. SolidVPS is not responsible for delays caused by those third parties.
Refunds do not include non-refundable third-party charges, pass-through costs, transaction costs that cannot be recovered, or other excluded amounts except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Customers should contact SolidVPS promptly regarding any billing concern so that it can be investigated. Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, unauthorized-payment claim, or other payment dispute does not itself create a right to a refund and does not alter the Customer's contractual payment obligations, subject to applicable law and payment-network rules.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SolidVPS may suspend or restrict Services associated with a disputed or reversed payment while the matter is investigated, may require payment of undisputed outstanding balances before restoring Service, and may provide the payment processor, card network, bank, or other financial institution with account, order, login, usage, provisioning, communication, acceptance, and transaction records reasonably relevant to the dispute.
A Customer remains responsible for valid charges, non-refundable fees, consumed Services, third-party costs, and other amounts properly due under the applicable agreement notwithstanding a payment dispute, except to the extent a final determination under applicable law or binding payment-network rules provides otherwise.
Provisioning records, service-access records, login records, IP logs, support communications, acceptance records, invoices, payment records, and usage records may be used to establish delivery, authorization, acceptance, and use of Services. Issuing a discretionary credit or refund does not constitute an admission of fault, liability, breach, or invalidity of any charge.
Cancellation stops future service only as provided by the applicable billing terms. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund or credit for amounts already paid, committed, consumed, or incurred. Customers are responsible for submitting cancellation requests through the required SolidVPS channel and for confirming that any separately controlled automatic payment instruction has been cancelled where applicable.
The three-day money-back guarantee does not apply to renewals. Renewal charges are non-refundable once processed except where SolidVPS expressly agrees otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise. A discretionary refund or credit issued in one instance does not create an obligation to provide the same relief in any other instance.
Refunds and reversals may be affected by exchange rates, processor conversion practices, bank fees, card-network rules, and other third-party charges. SolidVPS is not responsible for exchange-rate differences or third-party fees that are outside its control, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
This Refund Policy forms part of the agreement governing the Services and should be read together with the SolidVPS Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. If a product-specific order term expressly states that a product or charge is non-refundable, that product-specific term applies to that product or charge. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any suspension, termination, indemnification, liability, data-loss, licensing, abuse, or other provision contained in the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
