Refund Policy

1. 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee

SolidVPS offers a 3-day money-back guarantee on most of our services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 3 calendar days of service activation.

How to Request a Refund:

• Submit a refund request through your client area or by contacting support
• Provide a brief explanation of why you wish to cancel
• Refund requests must be received within 3 calendar days of service activation
• Upon approval, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days

2. Non-Refundable Products and Services

The following products and services are NON-REFUNDABLE and are excluded from the money-back guarantee:

• Dedicated Servers: All dedicated server purchases are final once delivered and non-refundable
• Domain Names: Domain registrations and transfers are non-refundable after registration
• Proxy Services: All proxy purchases are non-refundable after delivery
• Licenses and Setup Fees: Software licenses, installation fees, and setup charges are non-refundable
• TOS/AUP Violations: Services terminated due to violation of Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy are non-refundable
• Promotional Services: Services purchased with promotional codes or at discounted rates may be non-refundable; check promotion terms

3. Refund Process

Initial Contact: Submit your refund request within 3 days of service activation through your client area or support portal.

Review: Our team will review your request and verify it meets the refund criteria.

Approval: If approved, we will notify you and process the refund.

Processing: Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for your bank or payment processor to post the refund.

4. Billing Disputes and Chargebacks

Please contact SolidVPS before disputing charges with your payment provider. Filing a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first may result in account suspension and permanent ban. We are willing to work with you on legitimate billing issues.

5. Foreign Currencies and Exchange Rates

If you were charged in a currency other than USD, refund amounts will be issued in the same currency. Exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and refund processing may result in slight differences in the refund amount due to currency conversion rates.

6. Renewal Period Refunds

Refund requests must be made during the initial purchase period. Refunds are not available for renewal periods. If your service was set to auto-renew and you were charged for a renewal, contact support within 3 days of the renewal charge for possible refund consideration.

7. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation: Cancelling your account stops future charges but does not result in a refund for services already provided.

Refund: A refund request within 3 days of service activation returns your payment.

8. Limited Refund Guarantee

The 3-day money-back guarantee is a limited offer and applies only to eligible services. Not all services, billing plans, or customer categories are eligible. The money-back guarantee is a privilege, not a legal right, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
