All Linux Cloud VPS plans are managed through Solid Panel, our powerful in-house VPS control panel. From Solid Panel you can start, stop, and reboot your VPS, access the VNC console, reload the OS, mount custom ISOs, manage backups, configure the firewall, and more. You can log in directly from your Client Area. See our Linux Cloud VPS knowledgebase for full guides.

VNC console access is available directly from Solid Panel. Navigate to the Settings tab and click Launch VNC Console. This gives you out-of-band access to your server even if SSH is unreachable — useful for recovering from misconfigurations or networking issues.

Yes to both. To reload the OS, go to the Install tab in Solid Panel and choose Reload OS — note that this erases all data, so back up first. To use a custom ISO, go to the ISO menu, upload your image, then configure the boot order under VPS Configuration.

Yes — PTR/RDNS is supported for IPv4 addresses only. You can set your reverse DNS record from the Reverse DNS tab in Solid Panel. PTR records for IPv6 are not currently supported.

Currently, Starter Cloud VPS plans are provisioned with IPv4 addresses only. IPv6 support is coming soon — once available, we will automatically assign a complimentary /64 subnet to any previously deployed VMs at no extra cost. We are working to bring IPv6 to these plans as quickly as possible, though we do not have a specific ETA at this time.

Backups are managed through the Backup tab in Solid Panel. You can create full or partial backups manually and restore them at any time. We recommend taking a backup before making major changes to your server.

Yes. vRack private networking is available as an add-on. It connects your VMs over an isolated private network, so they can communicate securely without using public Internet bandwidth. This is useful when multiple VMs need to talk to each other, for example a web server and a database server.

Yes. Additional backup options are available as an add-on. You can add scheduled full-VM backups with extended retention plans, giving you more restore points and longer history. Backups are managed from the Backup tab in Solid Panel and can be restored without rebuilding your VPS.
