These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Solid Systems LLC, doing business as SolidVPS. By accessing, registering for, or using any SolidVPS service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
By using SolidVPS services, you represent and warrant that:
SolidVPS offers free migration services for qualifying customers. Migration services are provided as-is without warranty. Data loss during migration may occur and SolidVPS is not liable for any data loss or service interruption during the migration process.
All content provided by SolidVPS, including documentation, software, and intellectual property, is the exclusive property of Solid Systems LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell this content without written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you store on SolidVPS services. By using our services, you grant SolidVPS a non-exclusive license to access and use your content for the purpose of providing services and enforcing terms of service.
SolidVPS may offer or integrate third-party products and services. Use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. SolidVPS is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their compliance with applicable laws.
Services are not available to individuals or entities listed on OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions lists or who are otherwise prohibited by law from receiving services. By using SolidVPS, you represent that you are not on any government sanctions list and are not engaged in prohibited business activities.
Fair-Use Policy for 1Gbps Unmetered Plans:
SolidVPS services are not HIPAA-compliant and should not be used to store protected health information (PHI) without explicit written agreement and additional security measures. Standard SolidVPS services do not meet HIPAA requirements.
Prepayment: SolidVPS requires prepayment for all services.
Autorenewal: Services automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You are responsible for managing your account and cancellations.
Late Payment Consequences:
Domain registrations automatically renew. You are responsible for maintaining adequate payment methods and managing your domain renewals. Failed renewal may result in domain expiration and loss of the domain name.
You may cancel services at any time. Cancellations do not result in refunds unless applicable under the Money-Back Guarantee. Upon cancellation, your data will be deleted 30 days after the cancellation date.
Any fraudulent activity, including payment fraud, account abuse, or unauthorized access, will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action. SolidVPS reserves the right to pursue criminal charges for fraudulent activity.
Billing disputes must be submitted within 30 days of invoice date. Filing a chargeback or disputing charges through your payment provider without first contacting SolidVPS will result in immediate account termination and permanent ban from services.
Most SolidVPS services include a 3-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of service activation.
The following products and services are non-refundable and excluded from the money-back guarantee:
SolidVPS offers an affiliate program with 10% recurring commission. Affiliate payouts are held for 90 days before processing. Minimum payout threshold is $100. Fraud or fake referrals will result in account termination and forfeiture of all commissions.
All services must be used in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violation of the AUP will result in service suspension or termination without refund.
Sending unsolicited email (spam) via SolidVPS services is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account termination. SolidVPS monitors for spam using ROKSO (Realtime Blackhole List of Shaming Origination) and other blacklist services.
Services may not be used to distribute illegal software, cracked software, warez, or to run IRC services. Violation will result in immediate account termination.
Phishing attacks and social engineering attempts are strictly prohibited. Services may not be used to deceive users or steal information. Phishing violations result in immediate permanent account termination.
SolidVPS respects intellectual property rights. Copyright holders may file DMCA takedown notices. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, SolidVPS will remove infringing content and suspend the responsible account. Repeat violations will result in termination.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolidVPS's total liability for any damages is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. SolidVPS is not liable for lost data, lost revenue, business interruption, or indirect damages.
SOLIDVPS SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOLIDVPS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE.
