All Linux Cloud VPS plans run on KVM virtualization and are managed through Solid Panel, our powerful in-house VPS panel. From Solid Panel you can control power, access the VNC console, reload the OS, mount custom ISOs, manage backups, configure reverse DNS, and more. VNC console access is built into Solid Panel. Go to the Settings tab and click Launch VNC Console. This gives you direct access to your server even when SSH is unavailable — ideal for fixing networking issues or recovering from a misconfiguration.

Yes to both. Use the Install tab in Solid Panel and select Reload OS to reinstall your operating system (note: all data will be erased — back up first). To boot from a custom ISO, upload your image via the ISO menu and configure the boot order under VPS Configuration.

Yes — PTR/RDNS is supported for IPv4 addresses only and can be configured from the Reverse DNS tab in Solid Panel. PTR records for IPv6 are not currently supported.

Currently, Ryzen Cloud VPS plans are provisioned with IPv4 addresses only. IPv6 support is coming soon — once available, we will automatically assign a complimentary /64 subnet to any previously deployed VMs at no extra cost. We are working to bring IPv6 to these plans as quickly as possible, though we do not have a specific ETA at this time.

We support all major Linux distributions including Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, CentOS, and more. You can also install a control panel (cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, or Webuzo) via the Install tab in Solid Panel, or boot from a custom ISO for any other OS you need.

Yes. All Ryzen Cloud VPS plans come with a 1Gbps network connection as standard. You can upgrade to 10Gbps networking as an add-on to any plan, giving you significantly higher throughput for bandwidth-intensive workloads.

Yes. A Solid AI session is available as an add-on. Solid AI can help you describe, configure, and deploy a custom environment based on your requirements — without needing technical knowledge. It can recommend resources, install applications, configure firewalls, set up PTR records, and troubleshoot supported issues.

Yes. vRack private networking is available as an add-on. It connects your VMs over an isolated private network, so they can communicate securely without using public Internet bandwidth. This is useful when multiple VMs need to talk to each other, for example a web server and a database server.

Yes. Additional backup options are available as an add-on. You can add scheduled full-VM backups with extended retention plans, giving you more restore points and longer history. Backups are managed from the Backup tab in Solid Panel and can be restored without rebuilding your VPS.
