The vRack is a private networking option that links multiple VMs on your account over an isolated network so they can communicate securely without using public Internet bandwidth. It is useful when you have more than one VM and want them to talk to each other privately. Unlike same-region-only private networks, our vRack supports cross-region connectivity — for example, you can connect a server in New York to another in Los Angeles, Europe, or Asia. The vRack comes with its own monthly bandwidth allowance, completely separate from your public bandwidth allowance.

Yes. Each hot deal plan includes 1 backup at no extra cost. If you need more restore points, you can purchase additional backup tiers as an add-on during checkout, or add them at any time later from your client area.

No, firewall plans are not included but are available as an add-on. Firewall plans are especially useful if you have more than one active VM on your account and want to apply the same firewall rules across all of them at once. This is where a firewall plan becomes truly effective — managing a single ruleset across multiple servers from one place.

No, Solid AI is not included with the hot deal plans, but it is available as an add-on. You can purchase a monthly Solid AI session for both deployment (helping you configure and launch a custom environment) and diagnostics (troubleshooting and resolving supported issues on your VPS).

We use our own in-house built Solid Panel — one of the most advanced VPS control panels in the industry today, if not the most advanced. From Solid Panel you can manage your VMs, access the VNC console, reload the OS, mount custom ISOs, configure backups, set reverse DNS, manage firewall rules, and much more.

No. Once your VPS is deployed, its location cannot be changed. Hot deal plans are provisioned on nodes with limited seating, meaning each location has a fixed number of available slots. Because of this, we are unable to migrate an existing VM to a different datacenter after deployment. If you need a server in another location, you would need to place a separate order for that location.

Currently, hot deal plans are provisioned with IPv4 addresses only. IPv6 support is actively being worked on — once it becomes available, we will automatically assign a complimentary /64 subnet to any previously deployed VMs at no extra cost. We are doing our best to bring IPv6 to these plans as soon as possible, but there is no specific ETA at this time.
